Filtering in China there is much less filtering in the United States in their schools. Assistant Principals use IMing to get in touch with their students. In the US, we feel that these technologies would hurt the children. It is remarkable to Alan that a Communist country would embrace new technologies more willingly than we do here in the US. I would have to agree with this observation, but question how he knows this about China.
